To establish a sustainable and impactful national NGO dedicated to providing vital resources and support to underprivileged children in Cambodia.

To create a network of collaborative partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and international organizations to ensure maximum reach and long-term success.

We are so drilled to ve our Miracles Worldwide Cambodia received Certification of Taxation and License from Ministry of Interior that we officially as an NGO (Non Governmental Organisation). Sincerely, we wanted to thank bro Vey YEM his accounting company, V.R Professional Co. Ltd to provide his great service to process all documents. And we got approved within two months period. Kudos to him ! Indeed with this NGO, our team ve so much of vision n mission to support many young generations in Cambodia to lead a better life. We little faith of Kampot pepper, He shall provides !

About the seal

The seal of Miracles Worldwide Cambodia is a semicircle which on the top part there is name of the organization in Khmer, the middle part there is the name of the organization in English with a world map in the center of the letter HOPE and the below part on the right side there is a semicircle.

Executive Committee

GOH POH SOON

Focuses on the core functions of the organization, enable it to achieve its long-term vision and mission, and areas of focus which include of strategy, finance, board management, fundraising, and program delivery.

CHANG KOK KENG

Working closely with the Board of Directors (BoD) and other senior executives of the organization, plans, develops and enforces policies and objectives for the organization, and ensure maintains the organisation values and meets established goals.

NG CHOON PHENG

Fostering communication and diligence through proper management and utilization of important records such as meeting minutes and the organization’s by law.

YEM VEY

Keeping informed about activities of the organization, and advising BoD of the organiation on the appropriateness and general merits of policies and activities.

Organizational Structure

The Board of Directors is the founder and top executive of the organization. The Board of Directors is the group that selects the Executive Committee and is the group that drives the process to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization in Articles 1 and 2.
